yes yes u can have " 3-D " !!!!

now i think that majority have watched "AVATAR" n 3-D is going crazy in all minds!!!!
so i came up with a novel, inexpensive, stereoscopic technique for generating 3D images
from cellophane on a liquid crystal displays which are most typically used for a laptop screen.

Stereoscopy requires independent manipulation of the left and right eye views.
Our technique takes advantage of two facts;

a) the first is that the light from the liquid crystal display of either a laptop computer or a camera phone is polarized light !!!(

u don't have to know much abt polarized light!!!)

2, and therefore we can easily manipulate its transmission with a polarizer sheet(cellophane paper!!!).

The second fact is that a cellophane half-waveplate can change the direction of polarization of light. The direction of polarization of one half of the liquid crystal screen was rotated by the cellophane half-waveplate.
Two images displayed with orthogonal polarization on two halves of the screen become separable by wearing a pair of glasses of orthogonal polarization.

so anyone can conver laptop screen  into a 3D display with minimal knowledge of optics.

now what is stereoscopic's principle!!!  i m gonna tell u by a modal approach which u can see in below image!!!

cellophane_files-1

now u have to achieve this effect in ur laptop with the help of polarized glasses (made up of cellophane paper)

now this is goin to show how????

this is ma polarized goggles!!

outer view of goggles!!!

this is my laptop screen!!

Now w@t 2 do for getting 3-D feeling from ur laptop

cover half of ur laptop screen with cellophane paper n make cellophane goggles n just wear n view anything in ur laptop it will appear 3-D!!!

now happy 3-Din!!!!!

bbye c u n take care!!!!! haha!!

(n dear u can get this cellophane paper from any stationary shop n u can make goggles wid help of any cardboard !!! :for vishal!!! )
